Farmhouse accommodation prices and conditions

These prices are inclusive of bedding, towels, and all house facilities, ie gas, electric etc, for stays of 7 days or more.   For stays of less than 7 days there is an additional cleaning charge of €20. 

We ask for a deposit of 20% of the total price to book, and to please pay the remainder within 24 hours after arrival.

​Long-term winter lets are sometimes available - please contact us for details.

Guests are asked not to arrive before 4pm without prior notice - it is often possible, sometimes not, to come earlier, but we need to know please.

Departure should be before 12 noon, though again we are flexible, depending on whether we need the house immediately after you.
